***ATTENTION CUSTOMERS ***

Special note to all people who ordered Letters from Santa through this site. All of the orders were completed and sent to the North Pole, NY Post Office for postmarking and distribution. The letters were sent via Express Mail on Tuesday, December 11 and received by the post office on December 12. The letters were found by the North Pole post office on Friday, December 28 according to a representative from the US Postal Service Consumer Relations department. Each letter was postmarked December 15.

The Postal Service has told us that they accept full responsibility for the delay.
